Foreigners Authority

Tasks of the foreigners' registration Office (Ausländerbehörde):

 - applications for asylum,
 - referal to an initial receiving facility,
 - renewal of residence titles for specific purposes for refugees allocated to the city of Göttingen,
 - work permits for refugees in cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency,
 - change of domicile to other communities.
