This sector can be broken down into the management and human resources sectors.

Every company depends on the skills and motivation of its employees. It is the task of Human Resources (HR) to use them in the sense of the company's goals. By definition, human resources is divided into two main areas: personnel management and personnel administration. The tasks include personnel planning, personnel development, employee recruitment, and personnel communication.

In addition to internal personnel administration, the division of independent personnel service providers also belongs to this industry. These can be personnel consultants, but also companies that provide other companies with their employees on a temporary basis.

Training courses for the HR sector include, for example, training in business administration or human resources management. Suitable courses of study are economics, education, sociology, psychology, which can later be combined with a Master's degree in human resources.
